Use of our services requires that you are of legal age and have legal capacity. A contract is formed through registration and acceptance of these GTC.
We undertake to provide the agreed services carefully and in accordance with industry standards. This includes the provision of market data, analyses, and trading infrastructure.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information, not to use the platform for illegal purposes, and to be responsible for the security of their access credentials.
The information, analyses, and tools provided on ulugoilmarket.com are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial or investment advice.
We are not liable for losses arising from trading decisions based on our content. Participation in energy and commodity trading involves inherent risks, and past performance is not an indicator of future results.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only in case of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the typically foreseeable damage.
Fees may apply for certain premium services. These are displayed transparently before the conclusion of the contract.
Payments are due immediately unless otherwise agreed. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to block access to the service.
A claim for a refund of fees exists only in cases provided by law or by explicit written agreement.
Contracts for chargeable services run for the agreed term. They are automatically renewed for the same term unless terminated at least one month before expiry.
The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains reserved for both parties. Good cause exists in particular in the event of serious breaches of contract, application for insolvency, or unlawful conduct.
After termination of the contract, access to the services will be blocked.
We reserve the right to adjust these GTC as necessary. Users will be notified of material changes appropriately, e.g., by email or via a notice on the platform.
Unless the user objects to the amended terms in writing within four weeks of notification, they are deemed accepted. We will specifically point out this legal consequence in the notification.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, to the extent legally permissible, is our registered office.
If a provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose.
